I learn't in the period whilst we were apart Michelle ended up in hospital regarding a recurring cancer. In January 2008 she was given the all clear, her face lit up like a Christmas tree as she told me, life had a new meaning again for her, but that MEANING was shortened, as the months past she started having THEE pain, she did not want to go to the doctor or hospital knowing what that pain was, in the month of june 2008 she had no choice but to go into hospital her pain was to much to bare. "Her cancer was back". They operated but could not remove all the caner, the doctor broke the bad news to her that they couldn't do anymore for her, the time they gave her was between 3 - 8 months, she broke down crying, michelle broke the news to me later that night, I felt a BIG EMPTINESS "WHY US" Over the months she became stronger, we carried on life as normal. Not knowing what lay ahead.... (I OFTEN WONDERED HOW SHE LIVED WITH THAT THOUGHT) (I imprisoned that thought deep within my self hoping & wishing it to never appear & raise its ugliness)
